For the past 25+ years, Mark has devoted his time and energy to helping senior executives improve business results by changing the way they lead and shape organizational culture. Through Mark’s unique style of teaching and coaching, many executives have gained a deeper understanding of the impact that their behaviors have on relationships, organizational culture, and performance results. His work has had a positive effect on the leadership and performance of many of the world’s most successful companies and institutions. Before establishing LeadQuest, Mark spent 15 years in a variety of leadership roles at AT&T when it was the Bell System.

Among his credentials, Mark published his first book entitled The Change Agent in 2006 and published his second book, Accountability NOW! Living the Ten Principles of Personal Leadership, in 2010. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from the American University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Towson University in Maryland. He has earned several certificates in the field of Continuous Quality Improvement and the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Mark has been a guest lecturer on issues of leadership and organizational culture change at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Loyola University in Chicago, the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and the Perdue School of Management in Maryland to name a handful. Additionally, he has served on a number of boards including that of The Wellness Community – Delmarva, a non-profit support center for cancer patients and survivors. 

Mark currently lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his wife Cheryl and their two Basset Hounds.

Kristin Anderson has more than twenty years of business experience and brings a combination of corporate leadership, facilitation, consulting, and cross-industry expertise. Kristin held a variety of senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 corporations which has provided a strong foundation in and fundamental knowledge of the challenges leading organizations during periods of high growth and industry transitions. Kristin has been associated with LeadQuest for more than nine years coaching and facilitating retreats across numerous industries.

Kristin is known for identifying and addressing key issues of productivity and performance to achieve positive, sustainable results. She is able to quickly develop trust and rapport with a wide variety of clients to establish momentum and enthusiasm for change. Her background includes operational management, organizational scaling, change management, team development, program and initiative design and implementation. Her enthusiasm for helping individuals and teams accelerate their growth into sustainable, high-performing organizations through the adoption of the 10 Principles of Personal Leadership™ is evident throughout her work.

Ms. Anderson has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Executive Coach from JFK University in Lafayette, CA.  Her other certifications and assessment tools include Management Resource Group (MRG) Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualified, MRG Personal Directions Inventory, Resiliency Training, and GPI Targeted Coaching Certification.

Michele McClelland has more than twenty years of leadership experience in Human Resources, and more than a decade of experience at the executive level within healthcare.  Michele has been associated with LeadQuest for more than ten years coaching and facilitating retreats across numerous industries.

Michele has a wealth of experience leading organizations through change in employee engagement, developing leaders, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve business results. She understands and values the importance of leader and followership relationships in achieving optimal organizational outcomes. She has a deep background and passion for developing talent with an emphasis on assessment, 360 evaluations, coaching, leadership development, and succession planning to accelerate organizational performance.  She understands the value of the 10 Principles of Personal Leadership™ in changing culture as she has integrated the principles within an organization and brought them to numerous other organizations to improve individual and team performance.  

Ms. McClelland has her B.A. in Political Science from University of Texas at Austin, M.P.A. with an emphasis in H.R. from Portland State University, and has achieved her Ph.D. ABD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University.  She also has her lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Association and the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists. Her previous work experience in organizational development was from Northwestern Medicine at Delnor and Kishwaukee Hospital, Vanguard Health Chicago, Bromenn Healthcare and Farmers Insurance. 

Michele lives in the suburbs of Chicago and has two sons.
